ROTHE ERDE IBERICA,S.A. was established in Zaragoza in 1975, makes large diameter antifriction bearings using the german system and technology of the firm Rothe Erde, world leader in the manufacture of slew ball and roller couplings, slewing rings and seamless rolled rings.

Our manufacturing line includes diameters ranging from aprox. 200 mm up to 3100 mm.  We produce in Zaragoza a wide variety of design bearings’ types according to the requirement profiles of individual application, e.g. with one or two rows of balls or rollers, with external or internal gearing or without gearing.  For bearings larger than 3.100 mm diameter and for the sale of seamless rolled rings, we are the representatives for our parent company.

Given that we strive incessantly to satisfy the needs of our customers, our normal range is not limited to the types shown in the catalogue. We also work to order, we research, develop  and manufacture special bearings according to the market and the requirement of the customers, adapting to the existing needs of each case and determining by the corresponding technical study.  Rothe Erde Ibérica,S.A.-Roteisa is committed to responsive service and on time delivery to better meet those expanding needs.

We also machine circular parts within the above-mentioned range of diameters and perform turning, drilling, tooth milling, induction tempering, heat treatment and rectifying.  We offer a variety of after the sale services and support programs, including bearing repair and on-site bearing inspection.

We have since 1993 a quality system certified and approved by the prestigious certification firm of Det Norske Veritas.  At the moment we are certified according to the norm ISO 9001:2000, this is the last revision of norms ISO of quality management that includes a commitment, that we maintain every day, increasing the satisfaction of our customers.
In addition, every aspect of our business is governed by the principles of Total Quality Management and continuous measurement and improvement.
